1, Ukukhethwa Welding okudlekayo

● Ukusebenza okuhle kakhulu kwe-CTOD.

2, Welding inqubo control

(1) Ukushisa kwangaphambi kokushisela kanye nokulawula izinga lokushisa phakathi kwamashaneli

Ngokubhekiselwa kumazinga afanelekile nolwazi olubanzi lwesikhathi esidlule, kunconywa ukuthi ukhethe ukushisa kwangaphambili kanye nezinga lokushisa eliphakathi kwamashaneli:

● 20~38mm ugqinsi, izinga lokushisa elishisayo ngaphambi kuka-75 °C.

● 38~65mm ugqinsi, izinga lokushisa elishisayo ngaphambi kuka-100 °C.

● Ngaphezulu kokungu-65mm ubukhulu, izinga lokushisa elishisayo ngaphambi kuka-125°C.

Ebusika, ukulahlekelwa ukushisa kudinga ukucatshangelwa, ngakho-ke kufanele kulungiswe ngo-30~50 °C ngalesi sisekelo.

(2) I-workpiece kufanele ifudunyezwe ngokuqhubekayo phakathi nenqubo yokushisela ukuze kugcinwe izinga lokushisa elanele le-inter-channel

● 20~38mm ubukhulu, kutuswa ukulawula izinga lokushisa phakathi kwamashaneli 130~160 °C.

● 38~65mm ubukhulu, kunconywa ukulawula izinga lokushisa phakathi kwamashaneli angu-150~180 °C.

● Ugqinsi olungaphezu kuka-65mm, kunconywa ukulawula izinga lokushisa phakathi kwamashaneli angu-170~200 °C.

Ithuluzi lokukala izinga lokushisa lingcono kakhulu ukusebenzisa okokukala izinga lokushisa lokuxhumana, noma ipeni lokulinganisa lokushisa elikhethekile.

5, Ukususwa kwe-hydrogen phakathi kokushisela

● Misa ukushisela cishe ku-2/3 wabo bonke ubuhlalu.

● I-Dehydrogenation 250-300℃×2~3h.

● Qhubeka nokushisela kuze kuqedwe ukukhishwa kwe-hydrogen.

● Ngemva kokushisela, mboza ngokotini owuhlukanisayo futhi uphole kancane ngokulingana nezinga lokushisa elilingana negumbi. 

6. Ezinye izindaba ezidinga ukunakwa

● Ngaphambi kokushisela, ama-bevel kufanele ahlanzeke futhi ahlanzeke.

● Ukushukuma komzimba kufanele kugwenywe ngangokunokwenzeka. Kunconywa ukusebenzisa i-welding bead eqondile kanye ne-multi-layer multi-pass welding.

● Ubude besandiso sentambo yokushisela engezansi akufanele budlule u-25mm. Uma i-groove ijule kakhulu, sicela ukhethe i-conical nozzle.

● Ngemva kokuba i-carbon planer isihlanziwe, umbala wensimbi kufanele upholishwe ngaphambi kokuqhubeka nokushisela.
